Thank you so much for all you did to help us list and sell our home. I know our situation called for you to go a bit above and beyond, but we really appreciate your patience as you guided us through this somewhat difficult process. We were also pleased with how quickly you helped us sell...we were only listed for a month! As out-of-state clients with a second monthly house payment we appreciated not paying another month of mortgage payments! We were also pleased with how smoothly the process went considering that we were out-of-state for the whole process. Liz remained available to help us even after closing.

Liz was a huge help to me in my home search. I was a first time buyer who was willing to take some risks and she found me a great deal on a foreclosure in Riverside. I'm working hard to get my degree in Engineering at Georgia Tech and therefore my budget was tight! I also wanted to be close to my bike riding routes and school. She found the perfect place for me.
